The new range of laminated Delta filters has evolved from the PTK filter series, using new manufacturing processes, which provides multiple product configuration options.
A new 30% larger joint reinforces the seal of both parts of the filter with double security: laminated fibreglass on the inside and high tensile strength composite at the outer union of the filter. All connections are on a re-inforced area, thus improving resistance. Connection to any valve is also made easier thanks to the re-location of the fittings. The height of the lower part of the filter has been increased in order to strengthen the internal nozzle plate support. 2 year guarantee. Blue in colour.
The Delta 1200 model is the equivalent of the PTK series 1000 and is available in 650, 800, 1000 and 1200mm diameters. It features a 1.2m filtration bed and is available with either lateral or nozzle plate collector systems. When selecting your filters the Nozzle collector plate filters are pre-fixed with an N.
The lids options relate to the size & running pressure of the filters, so the 650 & 800mm filters have the DN 200 filter lid with quick-lock system. For the 1000 & 1200mm filters the DN 400 bolt down lid is supplied. Both options come complete with pressure gauge in lid, and all gaskets are of EPDM for longevity & all screw fittings are off Stainless Steel. The access hatch on the side of the filters is 200mm diameter.
